Yesterday, the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences of St. Petersburg State University hosted the first seminar of Manifesta 10's educational project "How Art works." Manifesta 10 General Coordinator, Maria Isserlis, told students from the Masters program "Art Criticism and Curatorial Studies" about Manifesta’s administrative model and the specificities of its setup within its Russian context.
The series of traveling seminars "How Art works" was created specifically for students of St. Petersburg universities who are interested in working in the field of culture and art. The workshops are led by Manifesta 10 staff members, all international specialists in the various fields of the professional cultural world.
